  1 Demonstration plant: A)

  We have demonstration plant consisting of belt conveyor, single shaft shredder, screw conveyor, and scrap grinder & pneumatic conveying system (blower cyclone system) to give trial to our costumer.

  B) Pulverizing plant:

  For powdering LLDPE, PVC etc. powdering the plant consist of feeding granules (chips) in the in feed hoper, screw conveyor, pulverizing mill, pneumatic conveying system, air lock valve and circular vibratory screen. We can give trial to our customer.

  2. Testing facility:

  We have 40 hp connected load so that we take trial of all the machines .If more power is required for running the machine, we can arrange for DG set at our premises. No machine is dispatched without taking trial; we dispatch machines after our client is satisfied.

  3. Service & replacement & repairing:

  If any part is broken or damaged the part s are immediately supplied to our customers. We have spare inventory of parts. All the parts are manufactured as per drawing therefore interchangeable, On request our service engineer will visit your factory & arrange for repairing of machine at reasonable cost.

  4. Training to our customer:

  During trial we can train customer’s machine operators, foremen or engineers.
